Hygiene is not a requirement you add at the end. It's in the IP rating of the motor, the cable installation and the cabinet construction. That's the engineering you don't see, but your auditor does.

Injection moulding and extrusion control with cycle time registration, temperature profiles and MES integration. We know Battenfeld, Ferromatik, Engel and Arburg from the inside.

Vessel automation has no second opinion. If it fails, you float or you don't. We do FAT at our workshop and accompany you for the SAT on the water. That's the only way.
Refit & migration
Old brand, new control system, for any platform.
From Battenfeld injection moulding machines to B&R, from S7-300 to S7-1500, from RSLogix to TIA. We migrate PLC software with minimal downtime and without functional regression.

Refit is geen nieuwbouw. De valkuil is alles aanpakken wat je tegenkomt. Wij stellen een scope vast, houden ons eraan, en leveren een gedocumenteerde installatie op. Al het rest is eigenaarschap van de klant, niet ons.
